Computer Diagnostics Our computer system enables us to diagnose and reset fault codes on later model BMW motorcycles. DROPPING OFF YOUR BIKE Please click on the BMW logo, print and fill out the service form and sign if you are dropping off your bike to us.  Leave the form with your motorcycle. We will not do any work on the motorcycle without a signed form!! Our Labor Charge Policy Labor charged at $75 per hour.
Our Work Policy I will not proceed with any work until it has met with your "customer" approval. Motorcycles must be picked up within 72 hours after work completion unless otherwised arranged. Motorcycles are not covered for any damage or loss regardless of cause or reason which includes theft or fire. Vehicles are left at owners own risk. Please call me for an appointment - 919-450-7450. | Some Useful Information Service is based on BMW recommendations and from my own experience. Older bikes that have been sitting for a long time will most likely require an extensive service regardless of mileage. Be ready to leave your bike with me. I will always give you an estimate of time needed for the service. Transmission and final drive repair requires extensive time, but worth the wait! Bring your bike with as little gasoline in the tank as possible. I stock parts for routine service on R, K, F and G series including oil, filters, some cables, batteries, brake pads, and bulbs. I work on a "Time and Materials" basis. I cannot predict what it will cost for non-standard work but will give an estimate and I will keep you up to date on how the work is proceeding and requires your approval before moving forward. This is particularly true with transmissions requiring rebuilds!!! I will do an initial inspection of the entire bike for $65. I will inspect and ride your bike and evaluate what if any service I think it will need. I will check computer diagnostics where applicable. I will work within your budget as long as it is realistic. I will not work on dirty machines. Have your bike cleaned or I will clean it prior to any service for a "Washing Fee". Our insurance does not allow customers in our work area, so please leave the bike with me unless a prior arrangement has been made. We stand by our work, and we warrant our work for a period of 90 days or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. And most importantly - I take great pride in the work I do.
